The idea behind the name of the company stems from Dr. Wetwitschka’s extensive leadership experience that capacitates him to understand challenges that many cannot address. “I strive to listen and understand more than what my clients tell me, which is somewhat like listening to frequencies lower than 20 hertz (the inaudible frequency spectrum), hence the name—20HERTZ,” says Dr. Wetwitschka, the founder of the company.
As an executive coach and management trainer, Dr. Wetwitschka has worked with senior executives and leaders over the span of more than twenty years. He delivers executive coaching at a level that matches his leadership experience.
For example, many senior executives who experience a career break in the middle of their lives have great difficulty in finding a new professional challenge.
